The flagship Summit rear step tow bar (RSTB) has arrived for the 2011 on Mazda BT-50, providing owners with incredible protection, versatility and aesthetic design.
Although the BT-50 shares a similar rear sub frame setup to that of the Ford Ranger, vehicle specific (replaceable) rear wings were required to offer the integrated styling the Summit rear bar is renowned for.
A 60.3mm tubular steel main frame forms the base platform of the Summit rear step tow bar, while a 3.5t Class 4, 50mm tow hitch with gusset provides the maximum tow rating in line with vehicle specifications. Four Hi-Lift jacking points have been designed right into the corner and side wing areas of the rear bar and rear recovery hitches can also be used when required.
Silver anodised aluminium tread plate enables greater traction when entering or exiting the cabin during inclement weather, or when the step is covered by mud/sand.
The Summit Rear Step Tow Bar is available now. Contact your nearest ARB store for part numbers and pricing.
