It’s the obvious place for lightweight, bulky items that are difficult to fit in the cabin of the vehicle. And with additional accessories now available, such as waterproof bags, you don’t have to worry about your gear being exposed to the elements while travelling.

Engineered to support the full rated load capacity of your Defender, ARB Deluxe Roof Racks provide a convenient storage area for lightweight, bulky items. Manufactured for extreme off-road use, deluxe racks come in a range of sizes for vehicles with or without gutters.

Deluxe racks are available in steel and are supplied with stainless steel mounting hardware and variable height fitting kits to enable multi-vehicle fitment.

A number of optional extras are also available to further tailor the rack to your load carrying requirements.

Evenly spaced crossbars support the load, which is rated to carry up to 150kg with the additional upgrade option of a fully welded steel mesh floor.

Secure Storage

Top rail sits well above rack floor to ensure a secure load and is constructed from tough 25mm tube while the bottom rail utilises 35mm tubing.

Superior Mandrel Bending

Rails are bent with a mandrel bender, ensuring consistency and even wall thickness across all sections.

Steel Support Channel

Full length, zinc annealed steel support channel with plastic protection strip to distribute load along the gutter and prevent vehicle damage.

Fitting Kit

Variable height fitting kits include stainless steel hardware and allow even greater flexibility for multi-vehicle applications.

Deflector Plate

Air deflector plate significantly reduces wind noise.

Adjustable Feet and Legs

Pressed steel feet and legs are height and width adjustable, allowing multi-vehicle installations.

Drainage Channel

Precision cut drainage channel, specifically designed to reduce build up of dirt and accumulation of moisture.

Trade Rack

The ARB trade rack is perfect for carrying length items, such as timber or ladders. Open at both ends, the trade rack is manufactured from the same high grade tubular steel that our deluxe racks are made from, but provides increased flexibility for items less suited to a fully enclosed roof rack.
