An ARB Sahara bar is the most technically advanced and innovative frontal protection system available, sharing many of the strength related characteristics of a traditional ARB bull bar design.

1 Wing design
Five fold upswept and tapered wing design for optimum strength and approach angle.
2 Polished centre tube
An internal mandrel bender is used to shape the polished centre tube, ensuring even wall thickness throughout (optional).
3 Split pan design
Split pan design provides increased strength and airflow to the engine.
4 Air bag compatible mounting system
Specifically engineered, air bag compatible mounting system.
5 Polyurethane buffers
Automotive grade polyurethane buffers incorporated into the bar for unique styling.
6 Electric winch provision
Incorporates provision for winching and is designed to accommodate the stresses of winching.
7 Secure mounting points
Secure mounting points for IPF driving lights and CB antennas.
8 Recessed fog lights
Recessed fog lights (optional).
9 Durable finish
Finished in a durable grey powder coat with optional colour coding available.
